2026 Senior Dates/Deadlines

April 17: East Shore PE Units – Week 1 deadline.
April 18 | 8:00 – 10:00 PM: Senior Prom at Electric Park (Thanksgiving Point).
April 24: East Shore PE Units – Week 2 deadline.
April 27 | 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Cap & Gown Pickup (Commons).
- Jostens will distribute pre-orders. A limited number of extra gowns will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.

May 1: * East Shore PE Units – Week 3 deadline.
- ASL Deadline: Contact Amber Heaton or Carrie Kiefer (8:001-610-8806) by today if you require ASL translation for graduation.
May 2 | 8:00 – 10:00 PM: MORP at Lehi Rodeo Grounds.
May 4: Graduation Clearance Forms distributed to students whose graduation is in jeopardy (due to grades or credits).
May 8: Recommended deadline for all East Shore assignments and tests.
May 12: Mountainland Technical College (MTECH) Graduation.
May 13: * Chromebook Check-in: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Financial & Library Fees: Must be paid by 3:00 PM.
May 14: * East Shore FIRM Deadline: All assignments must be submitted by 5:00 PM. No late work accepted.
- Evening of Excellence | 7:00 PM: (By invitation only). Gold cords (3.85–4.0 GPA) will be distributed.
May 15: * East Shore Testing: Last day for testing (Closes at 4:00 PM).
- Clearance Forms Due: Must be turned in to Counseling by 3:00 PM.
- Silver Cords: (3.6–3.84 GPA) available in the Counseling Office.
May 18 | 9:00 – 11:00 PM: Senior Skate Night.

May 19:
- Senior Assembly (8:00 AM): Diplomas will be distributed at this time.
- Yearbook Distribution: Following the assembly.
- Senior Dinner Dance (6:00 – 9:00 PM): Alpine Arts Center ($30 admission).
May 20:
- Lagoon Day (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM): $55 admission paid directly to Lagoon.
- Senior Sunset (7:00 – 9:00 PM).
May 21: GRADUATION DAY
- Location: BYU Marriott Center.
- 11:00 AM: Graduates arrive.
- 11:45 AM: Guest seating closes.
- 12:00 PM: Ceremony begins promptly.
- 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM: Grad Night at Fat Cats. ($45 admission)
